We want you to love your CoolWrap. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Our returns promise
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with any packaging supplied.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
How to start a return
Email us through our contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for your bank or payment provider to show the refund.
Return postage
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service so you have proof of return.
Faulty or damaged items
If your CoolWrap arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exclusions
We may not be able to accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in an unsuitable condition.
UK distance selling rights
For online orders, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, then a further 14 days to return them. Our 30 day returns policy gives you a little extra time.
